Advisory visits (§37 para. 3)

  • Individual consultation regarding the care situation
  • Practical tips for carrying out care
  • Support in using assistive devices
  • Information on benefit entitlements
  • Advice on the discharge of family caregivers
  • Documentation for the long-term care insurance fund

Respite care (§39)

As part of respite care, we are legally permitted to take over care when the primary caregiver is temporarily unavailable – e.g., in cases of:

  • Vacation
  • Illness
  • doctor's appointments
  • important family obligations
